Safety In Action

Health and Safety

At Kilnbridge, we believe that all accidents are preventable which is why we operate a health and safety strategy that is designed to eliminate the risk of accident, dangerous incident and ill health from all of our activities.

We have adopted a behavioural approach to safety leadership, designed to ensure that everybody, from boardroom to site, takes personal responsibility for workplace safety.

By embracing an “Incident and Injury Free” philosophy pioneered by several of our major clients, our workforce are empowered not to accept unsafe acts and conditions, so that everyone goes home safely.

Kilnbridge is committed to the ongoing protection and enhancement of the environment.

We achieve this through education, knowledge and practical applications aimed to minimise the negative environmental impact of our operations.

We are very proud of our achievements so far which drives us to explore new ideas and innovations that will make tangible and positive effects on our business and the environment.
