Scope of works
Working directly for Westfield, the Kilnbridge scope included:
- Installation of multiple hoarding
- Isolation and re-routing of existing services
- Installation of new landlord services
- Soft strip/ demolition including removal of existing mezzanine slab
- Concrete infills
- Supply, manufacture and installation of structural steels combined with strengthening of existing
- Reconfiguration of Back of House and IT walls
- Creation of new 2-hour fire-rated bulkhead
- Removal of existing lift

- Live shopping centre environment
- Day and night shifts to achieve a 26-week programme
- Stringent control of dust, noise and hot works
- All waste arising was processed Kilnbridge’s in-house waste management business and recycled
