DURASTEEL® Systems

Kilnbridge are licensed installers of Promat Durasteel network. Promat DURASTEEL® is a composite panel of fibre-reinforced cement with punched steel sheets mechanically bonded to both outer surfaces. Typically used in sub-stations and areas requiring fire and high impact resistance.

DURASTEEL® systems combine lightness, strength, impact resistance, blast resistance and durability with exceptional fire performance. These systems remain unaffected by firefighters’ hoses, leaving them capable of performing their original function even during a fire. Promat UK have many tested and certified solutions for the DURASTEEL® systems, however, early consultation with Kilnbridge and the manufacturer is critical for all applications to ensure the system is correctly specified and suitable for its intended application.
