In 2021, we became an employee-owned business. Every team member has a stake in Kilnbridge’s success, with 100% of the company’s shares held in a trust for all employees.

What is Employee Ownership (EO)?

Employee ownership refers to a business model in which employees hold a meaningful ownership stake in the company and have a say in how its run.

At Kilnbridge, 100% of the company’s shares are held by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The Trust acts on behalf of all employee beneficiaries, providing long-term stability, strong governance and stewardship of the business. All employees are eligible for automatic enrolment into the Trust after six months of employment.
