News

Following the recent announcement of its strongest financial performance since becoming an Employee‑Owned Trust, Kilnbridge, the UK’s leading structures specialist, has been recognised as one of the UK’s best employers by ranking in the Financial Times’ Best Employers 2026 survey.

Kilnbridge placed 176th out of 500 organisations, spanning a variety of industries and sectors. The ranking makes Kilnbridge the highest ranking specialist contractor and the third highest ranking construction focussed business.

The recognition reflects Kilnbridge’s continued focus on creating a positive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace, underpinned by strong values, long‑term career development and a shared sense of purpose across the business.

Owen Dannatt, Chief Executive Officer at Kilnbridge, said: “Being recognised by the Financial Times as one of the UK’s best employers is something we’re extremely proud of, because it reflects the honest views of our people and our wider market reputation. As an Employee‑Owned Group, we’ve worked hard to build a culture where high standards, trust and opportunity go hand in hand. This recognition reinforces our belief that when you invest in people, you create a stronger, more resilient business. Our people are our most important asset and I’d like to thank everyone across our sites and offices for their continued commitment and contribution.”

Inclusion in the Best Employers 2026 ranking highlights Kilnbridge’s ongoing drive to support its people, develop talent and create an environment where individuals can thrive while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers.

The Financial Times Best Employers list is compiled in partnership with Statista, based on around 20,000 anonymous employee surveys, across multiple industries. Companies are assessed on direct recommendations from their own employees, as well as indirect recommendations within their sector.
