South Quay Plaza

Scope of works

South Quay Plaza is a development in Canary Wharf E14. It is designed by the architect Foster & Partners. The development includes three towers the tallest tower Hampton Tower will be the second tallest residential skyscraper in London. There will be retail spaces cafes and restaurants as part of the development. Kilnbridge offered an on site consultation in conjunction with Focus Group Logistics to ensure that all recycling, sustainability and environmental needs were met on the project.

Challenges/Achievements

• The supply of a range of wheelie bins, skips and roll on roll off containers
• The segregation of multiple waste and recycling streams
• A 100% landfill diversion rate
• The implementation of a customer portal allowing the customer and easy way to get all the figures that are required
